The uniform mitigation verification inspection form, structured the way the inspection is actually performed. Roof covering with permit and product approval details, roof deck attachment, roof-to-wall connection, roof geometry with the perimeter measurements behind it, secondary water resistance, and opening protection recorded opening by opening. Photographs attach to the question they document.

Roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC — age, type, condition, and the specific deficiencies carriers underwrite against: federal pacific and Zinsco panels, polybutylene supply, cloth wiring, active leaks, end-of-life equipment. Presented in the format expected for older homes at binding or renewal.

Full Home Inspection

A complete inspection across structure and foundation, roof, exterior, interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation and ventilation, and the site. Every component is rated as inspected, and findings are written from an editable comment library so recurring language is entered once and reused — then edited in place when a house needs something specific.

Built around how the work actually happens

Offline first. Attics, crawlspaces, and rural properties have no signal. Everything — data entry, photographs, signatures — happens on the device and needs no connection.
A property profile that prunes the form. Tell the app what kind of property it is once — single-family, condo unit, mobile home; whether there is a fireplace, a garage, gas service — and the items that cannot apply stop appearing. The report is shorter because the irrelevant sections were never asked about.
Photographs attached where they belong. Images are captured against the finding they support, not dumped into an appendix.
Signatures on screen. Inspector and homeowner signatures are captured on the device and carried onto the rendered form.
PDF on the device. Each inspection renders to a PDF you deliver however you already deliver reports — email, AirDrop, Files.

Your records stay yours

Tru Inspect stores inspections on your device and syncs them through your own Apple iCloud account, in a private database only you can reach. Viera Life operates no server. Client names, property addresses, and photographs never reach us, and there is no mechanism by which they could. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party software in the app.

Status
