Tru Inspect is an app for Florida home inspectors. It stores inspections on your device and syncs them through your own iCloud account. We do not operate a server, and your inspection data never reaches us.
The short version. We collect nothing. Tru Inspect has no analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party software development kits. The app makes no network calls to us because there is nothing on our side to call.

When you use Tru Inspect, you create inspection records. Depending on the inspection type, those records may include:
All of it is stored locally on your device and synchronised through your own Apple iCloud account, in a private database that only you can access. It moves between your devices; it does not move to us.
We cannot see your inspections. Not the client names, not the addresses, not the photographs. This is not a policy commitment we are asking you to trust — there is no mechanism by which that data could reach us. Apple's iCloud infrastructure holds it under your account, governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Tru Inspect asks for two permissions, both only when you first use the feature that needs them:
Photographs are attached to the inspection you are working on and stored with it. They are not uploaded anywhere except your own iCloud, and Tru Inspect does not read your photo library beyond the images you choose.
If you subscribe to Tru Inspect, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card, billing address, or Apple Account credentials. Apple provides us with aggregate sales and subscription reporting that does not identify individual customers.
Tru Inspect is a professional tool, and the records you create contain other people's personal information — your clients' names, their addresses, photographs of their homes. You control that information. We do not have access to it and cannot act on it for you.
You are responsible for handling it in line with your own professional and legal obligations, including keeping your device secured and your iCloud account protected.
Because your inspection data lives in your own iCloud account rather than ours, you control its removal:
There is no account with us to close and no request you need to send us — we hold nothing to delete.
If you email us for support, we receive whatever you send: your email address, your message, and any screenshots you choose to attach. We use it to answer you and nothing else. We do not add support correspondence to a marketing list, and we do not share it.
Please avoid sending client information or full inspection reports when asking for help. We do not need them, and we would rather not have them.
Tru Inspect is a professional tool for licensed inspectors. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If Tru Inspect ever changes in a way that affects this policy — for example, if a future feature required data to be processed outside your own iCloud account — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that feature ships. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes.
